my journey has been long in my weightloss.. peak weight documented 298.. I have slowly learned what my triggers were. emotions huge factor and tremendous losses in my life. this program has given me the guidance and support that haven't found in other doctors or programs now as of today 158 and working on meeting my goal and maintaining my goal weight and healthy life style. I am so blessed to have had friends that tried the program recommend this what have you got to lose.. except weight and shame of being overweight. Time to live your best you the you deserve.
I was referred to Dr Sutherland by my friend who is also my Chiropractor, I NEEDED to lose weight so I thought I will give it a try, Went in and saw her and after she looked at my health chart, she asked me are you diabetic? Um no I don't think so I just had my physical and no one mentioned it to me, well low and behold I had my blood tests done and I was type 2 diabetic. my lipids were out of control, I was scared, but I got on her program, and that was September 15 2017, I am currently down 48 pounds, and my lipids are back in normal range, and my diabetes numbers are almost normal, SHE SAVED ME, not to mention I was a size 16, and now I am down to a size 8 in my pants....read full review
Dr. Sutherland changed my life! This is NOT a diet program, but a lifestyle change that I continue to learn about and grow into. Her expertise and passion for balanced nutrition and exercise helped me lose 80lbs from Aug. 2016 to Feb. 2017. She encourages me to celebrate EVERY victory and, without an ounce of condemnation, guides me back on track when I back slide or feel defeated. She is interested in the WHOLE person, not just the extra weight. She is thorough in her exams, takes time listening to/assessing your concerns, and invests in your journey from beginning to end.
