We rescued a sweet but very large Mastiff Mix puppy that had been mistreated. She was very fearful of the vet. The staff and especially the vets (Dr Steven’s and another vet on the following week whose name sadly escapes me) were absolutely amazing!
They are helping turn this fearful dogs experience all around! She’s mending her heart and they are a part of that. I can’t stress enough how much this can change a pets life when the vet isn’t a fearful place. She’s healing beautifully from her flea allergy and we hope her leg will as well. I’m so thrilled to have found these vets. I 1000/10 recommend!💕 Thank you so much!

Our dog has been fighting a toe nail infection since September. The previous vet (which shall not be named) performed 2 surgical procedures and we seemed like things were on the right road. They requested she be brought in to smooth out her nail so we took her in. 2 days later, massive infection again, horrible. My poor dog has been in a cone and booties since September. New vet, totally different experience! Annie is scared to death at the vets office, the tech and the doctor got down on her level and she instantly relaxed, rolled on her back and let them examine her with zero issues. New program, excellent instructions and I just felt like they really cared about how she was and had a plan. They got us in the same day we called. No extra charge, we were early and they got us in long before our appt time. For a first visit I say YAY! And thank you - Annie is my best friend and I need her healthy so she can play again.

All of the staff were very warm and welcoming and the Vet and Vet Tech were so good with our pup! She can be a little nervous but they were so kind and patient with her. This is the only place we take our furry family members!

I have had many pets over the years and been to many Vets. Everyone at this Vets office are friendly, informing and you can tell they go up and beyond for the care of your pet. On point when speaking with you. I will be back for sure and thank you for all you do.

From the minute you step into the Puyallup Valley Veterinary Clinic, everybody you come into contact with treats you and your loved furbabies with genuine compassion. My picky kitty's don't even mind! Every time my boy's have needed care, they go out of there way to make our visit as comfortable and friendly as possible. There veterinary skills are amazing and accurate, I would recommend them to all pet owners. George and Mr. Meowgi would too if they could text.
