Dr. Shah at Good Samaritan hospital is the WORST doctor i have ever met in my life. She doesn't give two shits about how you feel or your pain levels, she doesn't care if you request certain labs be done and will make you feel guilty for asking, she doesn't think its a problem if you weigh 87 lbs at 33 years old, she brushed off my bloody diahrrea and vomiting white foam and she has the worst bedside manner I've ever witnessed.. I have never had a doctor make me feel so unheard, disrespected and unimportant in my life before.. I've been in the hospital for 4 days. The last thing I need is for someone who's supposed to be helping me, basically tell me they dont care. If you come to Good Sam and Dr Shah comes in, do yourself a favor and request a different doctor immediately. She made me feel way worse emotionally and physically.

Took me back almost immediately. Everyone was very nice. All questions answered. Free valet parking or drop-off area for patients.

I am so thankful to the nurses in the emergency room for taking such good care of my son. He ended up having to be in a hallway bed for two nights, 4/5-4/7, which is not ideal but they made the experience so much better. I wish I remembered everyone’s name (I was exhausted) because all of you were nothing short of amazing but I do remember Jessica. Very caring, empathetic and although, extremely busy, very attentive. No matter their age, our children are always our children and it’s hard to see them in pain. I couldn’t thank you all enough in the emergency department, I feel blessed you were there to take care of my son ❤️

I had to call 911 tonight on a nurse for slamming  my husbands hospital room door, and being hostile towards him. it’s after hours and I’m not able to go up there so I had to call for a well check. I also called hospital security. Worst experience ever along with various other reasons.Shame on the 7th floor! I will filling a report!
