We had a great experience with Premiere Floors and Design Center. They added hardwood planks to match our existing floors, installed new hardwood stairs, and stained and refinished everything, and it all turned out beautifully. Communication was excellent before, during, and after the project, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were also very responsive in addressing a few final details and came back out promptly to make sure everything was just right. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of the work really shows. We’re very happy with the results.

Seth and Ryan did a fantastic job on our new floors. They were very clean and great to work with. The floors came out exactly as we pictured them. Our salesman, Eric, was very helpful with all of the products and information on them. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely have them do floor work again.

We just had our floors done and they look absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier with the results. Everything from our initial meeting to picking out the floors, to the installation and cleanup was top notch!
I want to also point out that the communication and accuracy of scheduling were spot on. Between working with Jon and Brenda the information was always fast and very reliable. The installation team was also very good to work with. The finished product turned out so fantastic.
My brother had used them recently and gave me a solid recommendation. He too loved the work and the process.
