I scheduled my puppy's very first vet appointment online. I WOULDN'T have if I knew how things would go. I made the appointment to get his very 1st vaccinations & to have his nails clipped as well as needing to assess a possible broken tooth and just in general his 1st wellness checkup. That is what I was under the assumption would happen when I scheduled it. Nope not the case at all. Upon arriving I thought it was going to be within a seperate area of Petco, NOT in the back corner of the store where the technicians used the large dog food bags as their chair & makeshift shelves for their equipment and such. I was skeptical going here due to all the negative reviews, but didn’t have any other options. They were incredibly kind and gentle with my cat! Very professional and positive as well! I would recommend giving them a chance yourself, I left very satisfied and my cat was in good hands.

Im absolutly impressed with the support,kindness and proffessional way the Grooming Salons manager conducts herself. She is who Id choose if I had to choose someone to run my salon. She supports and trains her staff with kindness n knowledge. I was very impressed today ,as it was our 1st grooming appointment with this Salon. My poodles look stunning. Thank you for listening and being a great manager and groomer. See your Salon soon Stella&Ted..P.s. Thank you Julia H (our new wonderful,sweet,talented) groomer.
