I’ve never had a bad experience with OSS. As long as you are willing to listen and do what’s recommended, you will feel 90-100% better than when you first walked into that office. All of the therapists communicate the better serve you. 100% will go back if I need it!
I'm still seeing them. My main PT is Anna. I like the late appointment after 5:00pm but it is really hard to come by because I work from 8-5p. That being said, the saw the new guy and his name is Jake. This Jake is the same person from State Farm. Just kidding. He is was pretty cool and we connected immediately and we talked about sports so I get my mind off from the pain I have been experiencing recently. He gave a few more exercises to do at home. He was great from the beginning. I went back to grab more appointments with him.
They helped me so much. The staff are kind, energetic, and encouraging. I was miserable when I came to them because of my injury. The staff were patient and immensely knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me the way you all did.
