Had a very positive experience and looking forward to my next appointment to learn what’s next. The staff was friendly with warm greetings upon my arrival and very efficient with the check in process. This appears to be a very busy practice but my wait was brief before I was called back. The tech made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable and made me feel safe as she explained what was to take place on my first visit. I enjoyed meeting with Dr Tye as he was professional and caring thru the exam. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I’m excited to return to learn what my treatment plan will be. My kids and I were involved in an accident that totalled our car. Thankfully the most physical harm to anyone involved, was some bruising and some soreness. Since I had already been seeing Dr. Tye, I made an appointment for myself the very next morning. I was planning on walking there since I live close and.. well, no car! However, the office went above and beyond. Sarah, from the front desk, came and picked me up! I love this office staff and the Doctor's who practice there. They ALL go above and beyond and truly care!! My kids enjoy going and I appreciate that they are getting beneficial knowledge about taking care of their health from Dr. Tye.
