This is the absolute best message therapy. I hobbled in, barely able to walk and couldn't lift my leg from being old and out of shape, but still trying to do yardwork like I'm 20, but I walked out all but tap dancing (which would have been amazing because I don't know how to tapdance). Jen was so kind and thoughtful. She showed true empathy and talked me through the therapy and showed me some stretching to do on my own. Do yourself a favor and book a message. These people are amazing!
Sheridan has been amazing throughout my prenatal massage visits. She’s kind, professional, communicative, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I genuinely look forward to every appointment because she creates such a relaxing and supportive experience. They also take insurance, and the whole process has been incredibly easy and stress-free.
