Aloha! My Son has been coming here since 2022! I knew my son needed more services to assist with him, Speech and Occupational to be exact. I canʻt help but be in love with Mary Bridge Childrens Therapy Services in Puyallup. My son first got into Speech Therapy and we have been with Miss Jill Connor since. She is exceptional, patient, loving, etc all that a parent/patient would want in their therapists. My son was considered non verbal by the public school psychologist who met with him once or maybe twice in school. That was wrong because my Son can speak. With having Speech he can speak and comprehend pretty good, all Thanks go to Miss Jill.
My son started Occupational Therapy in June 2023 and has been with Miss Melissa Hayes since. She as well is exceptional, loving, patient, etc with my Son. My son can put on his clothes, assist in his Activities in Daily Living, etc because of Miss Melissa! My Son THRIVES because of these two special ladies who is his therapists but I like to consider them as my ʻohana (Family). I wouldnʻt know what to do or how to go about the simplest things to teach/instill in my Son, They give me tips on how I can go about things to assist my Son and it WORKS. It works because we are a part of a team, my sons team. They know my Son, they have built a special bond with him that most people cannot or donʻt take the time to do! As a parent I am amazed with these ladies and their skills. I thrive as well and all Thanks goes to Miss Jill Connor and Miss Melissa Hayes! I appreciate you both so much, and you ladies rock! We always look forward to our visits with you both! Māhalo Ladies, We LOVE you both!
I cannot forget about the receptionists. Thankyou for being patient with me and my tardiness. These ladies have worked with me, if I am 10 minuyes late, itʻs okay but anything more than that then I would have to reschedule because the therapists have set slot times for each patient. Yes it can be frustrating but it is our responsibility to be on time, with that being said, Thank you Ladies as well, you guys always are kind/informative with me. I appreciate that!
Last but not least, Thankyou Mary Bridge Childrens Therapy Services in Puyallup for having such outstanding/caring employees, theyʻre all keepers in my book...This Māmā and ʻOhana is happy with the services that is provided!

Sarah and Melissa are amazing therapists who worked with my son and our family and taught us new approaches on how to help our son.

I called stating I was going to be late they said that’s fine to drive safe. When I get here to check in I’m told I have to reschedule. I drove over an hour for this appointment. And not to mention this was the Final Cut off for my baby to be seen to know if he needs a helmet or not. I’m very unhappy and this ruined my whole day. The front desk needs to have better information when people call if I needed to reschedule that should’ve been said on the phone not let me come all the way here and then you tell me. I won’t be rescheduling nor will I ever use yall again.

I would not come here unless you are good with being charged extra money for testing that did not happen.
Feeding therapist was good. Billing however is not they charged me an extra $400 for a swallowing test which was not done. My child sat in the chair and ate some food while we discussed her history and plan. I have had a swallow test and it involves swallowing liquids. None of that was done. I now have to fight the bill.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The doctors where my son was born referred me here saying it was 100% covered through his insurance (Molina) and now I have a $900+ bill. He didn't even need the appointment I just went because they scheduled it for him in the hospital. If your child has state insurance your visit won't be fully covered. Double check before your appointment.

We have been coming here for 6 years for speech, OT, and PT. This is a great facility with many providers which leads to flexibility with scheduling and availability. I definitely recommend this facility.

Went in for a hearing screening for our baby. Went through the motions of the test, only to find out the machine they have hasn't been fully functioning properly and was being replaced. The audiologist "doesn't trust this machine" so we were told we needed to come back to redo the screening when the new machine arrived. We would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule before taking time off of work and lugging a baby all the way to Puyallup, only to have to come back again in a week.

Therapists were great, however, billing is an absolute nightmare. Was charged an extra $400 for “occupational therapy activities” during our evaluation. The visit notes on mychart literally say “child sat in an adult size chair for the duration of the evaluation.” I’m not paying $400 for my kid to sit in a chair. After calling every week or every other week for months, I was told they would contact me with any updates. Fast forward a couple months with no word, I reach out to multicare. My bill has been sent to collections with zero notification through phone, mail, email, or mychart. Nothing.Waiting on a call back, but I’m not holding my breath. Absolutely will not use multicare ever again.***surprise surprise, nobody has called me back and all of the supervisors are conveniently away from their desks whenever I call them.***

Janna Smith is amazing! She is so warm and happy. I think that’s so important for the kiddos to feel their vibe. My son loved her so much!I would have given 5 starts but the lady with curly hair at the front desk was a bit rude. Maybe next time will be different ?

We love the physical therapist named Ben! He is a genius about how the human body is put together and so fun and great with kids! We will continue to request him if we find ourselves needing physical therapy again. The front desk staff was nice, too.
