I’ve been coming to JCPenney for years. Even decades. I’ve seen many hairstylists over that time and by far I’d have to say Leah Wood is my absolute favorite.
Since our very first appointment she’s always been so detailed and really takes the time to make sure I get exactly what I’m asking for. One of the best parts is that she does an amazing job with haircuts and styles for my entire family.
Not only does my hair always look great when I leave but I also feel so comfortable with her. I’m really thankful we’ve built such a great connection. I’ve started coming in several times a month and I always make sure to book with Leah.
Just had an appointment with Kimi and Karly Cronk for their Teacher & Student Haircut Event ($12 cuts), and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed! I wasn’t sure what to expect from a discounted service, but it ended up being one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Both Kimi and Karly were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to offer great advice on what would work best for our hair, and we never felt rushed.
I wasn’t able to leave as much of a tip as I would have liked this time, but I truly appreciate the care they put into our cuts. I’ll definitely be booking with them again once my budget allows. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter here for a student haircut and was so impressed I brought my other daughter back today! I knew that it was a discounted cut so honestly was expecting them to rush like other places have in my experience but they were both great! Leah today was so kind and patient with my little one who has only had her hair cut once before. Her hair looks great!
