Last month, I had the occasion to work with Hill Funeral Home and Cremation Services and the entire difficult and complicated experience was made better because of the Hills staff’s compassion, competency and caring.
My aunt unexpectedly passed away while in transit from her home in Vietnam to her second home in New Jersey. During the layover at the Seattle -Tacoma airport, she had a stroke, collapsed, was hospitalized and died within days. The communication was not great. I had to make an extra trip for the death certificate, and my initial meeting sent me to the Puyallup location instead of the Sumner one. Overall they were kind, but I think they could improve on their communication with members especially since people are pretty stressed when they walk in the door
