Genesis is truly 5 star service. Scheduling was easy, confirmation emails and reminders were sent, and the best part is what a great job Jeff did on my area rugs. He was on time, very courteous, the price was great, and I love how clean and fresh my rugs are now. I will use Genesis again!

We had urgent need of same day carpet cleaning of a good sized stain. They were able to get out within a couple hours on a Saturday and the carpet looked great after! Very friendly and professional as well. Thank you ?.

My goodness! I had a huge nasty mess that needed immediate attention. Jeff with Genesis Carpet Cleaning came right out same day, and COMPLETELY restored the carpet back to normal. Well, better than normal! He definitely had the right equipment for the job!
