They refused to let my child keep taking the test even though my child kept trying. Not willing to work with us. Complete waste of money.
HORRIBLE customer service experience! I signed my son up for a class at the puyallup location but then a week later I got a confirmation for a completely different class and date and location and that's not what I signed up for so the woman on the phone told me that she would have to talk to the owner to see if I could get my son into a different class but then my son came down with Covid and I wanted to just put it on the back burner for a while so I asked for my $200 refund that I had put down to save my son spot in the class And notified them in person and via email that he wouldn't be able to attend and because he had never even stepped foot in a class I... read full review
