I called to schedule my girls for a much needed grooming, left a voicemail, and got a call back the next day. I was able to schedule the girls within two weeks, which was perfect for me. A few days before the appointment I received both a text and email reminder, which was very helpful. The day of the grooming, I met Dee, she is very pleasant and welcoming. I dropped the girls off, and Dee said it would be 3-4 hours to finish them both, and she was closer to the 3 hour mark. The girls seemed even happier than their previous grooming appointments. Best haircut my dog has gotten, and the happiest she has been after an appointment!! When I met Courtney I knew she was going to be our new groomer, just bc of her kind nature. It matters how my dog is treated, then the haircut. But here we got the best of both worlds. I’m so happy we came here! Courtney is AMAZING!!

Melissa is the BEST! She is so wonderful with my miniature Australian Shepherd. Ahsoka absolutely LOVES seeing Melissa and the two have the cutest bond. Melissa is very thorough, and my doggie always smells just delightful when I get her back if you want someone who is has a gentle, kind heart that dogs love, ask for Melissa!!
