I had a squeaky bathroom floor and called Chumley Foundation Repair to take a look. They showed up right on time, found the problem quickly, and got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
My floor feels solid again, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. I’d definitely recommend Chumley Foundation Repair to anyone who needs foundation or floor repairs done right!
Attic Assessment: I made an appt for Mr Joe, from Chumley Foundation and Structural Repair, to inspect my house to determine possibility of turning unused rafter space into usable space, and the feasibility of any suggestions.
1. Mr Joe was on time, polite, and attentive.
2. He asked detailed questions to find out our main goal, and possible backup goals, in case our original goal was unattainable due to regulations or cost.

Five stars isn’t enough. Ask for Mitchell.
I had noticed a collapsed section of my foundation wall and suspected a serious structural issue. I reached out to three different companies for quotes, and Mitchell from Chumley was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest of them all.
From the beginning, he stood out. He arrived exactly on time, which is rare in my experience, and treated the issue with a level of care and curiosity I didn’t see from the others.
