Our Ollie does really well with this groomer. She does one dog at a time, making it easier on the dogs. She's clearly an animal lover and our dog is much calmer at drop off and pick up compared to other places we've been.

We recently decided to try Charisma Dog Grooming after our previous groomer closed up shop and I couldn't be happier with the experience! In all my years of having my dog groomed, she's never gotten such a nice haircut as she did at Charisma. She came home with such an even, smooth cut, even in typically tough spots like her muzzle and ears. The folks at Charisma did an excellent job and we have definitely found our new groomers!

I have a very picky, and skittish small dog. He's sweet but can be a handful. I was very pleased with Dominique. My dog had a very traumatic and painful experience with a groomer a couple of years ago; so much so that we BOTH have anxiety around grooming days. Usually after going to groomers he hides away under the couch for a long while, but he was very happy with however Dominique handled him and he looked ADORABLE. His coat was gorgeous after his visit. She is professional, kind, affordable, and Braxton loved her. Worth all the stars!
