My dog (Ember, pitbull female) really loved the lady who gave her a shot, and normally she doesnt like anyone unless her back is to me. We just did vaccine/rabies shots for her after a quick exam and the actual shot hppened in less than 2 mins after the peanut butter destraction was placed (they had other treats on hand but Embers favorite is peanut butter). Great quick friendly expierience, definetly reccomend (even if your dog doesnt like other dogs, like mine)

Had to go in on an emergency basic and all my dogs needs were met quickly and with great care and concern. All our questions were answered and everything was well explained. I would highly recommend them when you need quick and caring service for your beloved family member.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I signed up for their membership because they advertise discounts for visits, and I thought they offered competitive prices. However, after doing some research I found another clinic with the same rating but significantly cheaper prices.

When I decided to cancel my membership, the service completely changed. Instead of helping me at the front desk, they simply gave me a phone number and told me to call it. I tried calling three times and no one answered.

What makes it even worse is that they said they will still charge me for the unused months and also take an additional fee to cancel. This feels completely unfair, especially when they make it almost impossible to reach someone to actually process the cancellation.

It’s very frustrating that when they want you to sign up, everything is easy and friendly, but when you want to cancel, suddenly no one is available to help and you are just told to call some number that nobody answers.

For a clinic with such a high rating, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I expected much better professionalism and transparency. Very disappointing experience.

Very expensive for ear infection, gave me opposing information than my veterinarian. An ear infection in 2024 cost $300 now cost over $800. For $300 we had 10 min with a veterinarian who then had an assistant do the cytology and ear drops for at home care. Not a place you should go if you need affordable care for your pet. The undertone was very judgmental for not doing everything the vet suggested. I would not recommend unless willing to pay double than normal. Also would add that the facility smelled strongly of cat urine and the floor covered in hair. Expect to be wearing other animal hair when you leave the clinic as well.

finally found a new vet office! McKenzie was super nice and explained everything in such detail. I appreciate her giving extra time to explain things to me. Wolfie really liked her too! ♥️

Very kind and helpful staff. They get your animal family in for an appointment fast, plus have urgent care services. You work with a vet tech, dog taken to back for exam by a doctor if needed, and then a virtual doctor speaks with you on the TV.

However exam fee was 140$. I thought this was for the initial establishing care appointment. I brought my dog in for likely yeast infection of the ear. My dog was prescribed meds/ear ointment antifungal, it has helped. Now she is having same skin issue elsewhere (likely yeast). Called to schedule appointment a month and a half since she was initially seen. Booster pet said it will be 140$ again, even though she’s been seen not long ago, and now an established patient. They said every exam is 140$, established or not, or you can set up a wellness plan through their clinic for 19$ a month or something.

Just called a different clinic and it’s 85$ per exam, and if they have been seen about a month prior for same or similar issue, it’s free for additional exam (you will be charged for any labs of course). This feels more practical, ethical, and less of a rip off.

Like I said, staff were kind, helpful, and competent. Just not what I’m looking for in regards to pricing for exams. This may work well for others.

Very pricey but its an urgent care so if you need it, they are worth it. My dog had an ear infection and we had a great experience getting help here. All the techs were nice and gushing over our puppy, and the vet was very knowledgeable and professional.
