Since my husband and I have been bringing our clothes here they have been great. I like that they will fold his dress shirts & pants and package for ease of packing. My husband is always traveling for work so this service is making packing a breeze for him. It's only an extra $10 more per item for this service. Our clothes always come back feeling clean and well pressed. So far we a very happy with the service they are providing us.
The lady working the front desk was a pleasure and very honest. Dropped off a linen shirt with a set in stain, she was very honest and let me know there was no guarantee they could remove it, but they were able to.
Shirts came out pressed and cleaned to my satisfaction and definitely didnt have a bad oder to them as other reviews have claimed.
Price was reasonable.
People leaving negative reviews must have had one off anomalous experiences, unjust expectations, or maybe even some bigotry. My experience was awesome.
I found it amazing that anyone would have left these people a negative review. My wife and I have been going to them for several years now. Not only are all the "dry cleaned" items returned in perfect like-new condition, but their skills at alterations are fantastic. My wife has had them alter/tailor several items, and the results are always amazing. She just took in a 3/4 length coat that was WAY too large. They reduced it to her size and even relocated the pockets to the correct new position, and you absolutely can't tell it didn't come off the rack this way. absolutely amazing work, and the nicest people you will ever meet.
