We had an unfortunate situation with a job that went sideways. These things happen, however -- the owner, John, made it right. Bad things happen in life, when it comes to contractors the biggest difference is how they respond. Pullman heating and electric has my trust.

A/c went down during the heat of summer and they responded very quick. Allison is amazing, she understood my concerns and went about her work very professionally. I would highly recommend using them.

I love this company. I am disabled and cannot do much in my home. I have had them fix lighting, do furnace service, fix filtration, change lighting that I cannot reach, check smoke detectors, and install highly efficient motion sensitive lighting for security.
