On SuperBowl Sunday, my sewer line backed up into my basement floor drain. Hilliards had someone at my house within an hour. He snaked the sewer line to the city main and quickly fixed my issue. 5 stars!!!

Boiler service and repair.My house was built in 1963 and it has a boiler heating system. It started acting up, heating when it wanted to and not heating when it wanted to, even when turned completely OFF at the thermostat!William (who has a history with and knows the system at my house) and Billy (I'm betting his trainee) were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the problem, but needed to order a part to fix it.Due to the fact many people in town had NO heat, I told them to just get to me when they could. Just called Hilliards as an emergency because my pipes were frozen. It’s Sunday and I had a technician at my house within 30 minutes and had water within an hour. He even figured out the exact source of the problem.. my heat tape got unplugged somehow. The gentleman was very professional, explained everything, answered questions.. I would definitely recommend their services.
