“I had my 10x7 rug cleaned my Palouse Carpet cleaning. It deeply smelled of dog, we tried to vacuum and clean it with our cheap rug cleaner, but it didn't work out too well.We called Palouse Carpet Cleaning and very shortly someone was at our place to pick up the rug. They had a fast turn around time and got it back to us clean, dried and wrapped tightly and neatly in plastic wrap within 48 hours. I could tell they took good care of it and there was absolutely no trace of the wretched dog smell on the rug. It smelled fantastic!I think there was a slight miscommunication on the price of the service, we got a bill that was a little higher than the phone estimate. When I inquired Gustavo about it, he without hesitation said they would charge what the original phone estimate on phone was. He went back to the office and immediately updated the bill. Even when they make a mistake they own up to it and make sure their customer is 100% satisfied. These guys are awesome and should be your go to for any carpet flooring work you need done!“
