Scheduling was easy at Indigo Multicare in Poulsbo and they give you a reminder regarding the time of your appt. Customer care/service is top notch and I was seen in a short period of time. Staff super friendly - I was definitely at ease there.
The experience was the best I have received at Urgent care. After getting through some attitude about registering online. (If you live locally it would probably be easier.) Everyone else was professional, kind and efficient. I would recomend.
After having recent surgery on my foot, I went home with missing instructions for how to clean my wound. Thus I got an infection. once I went to Indigo, I had a knowledgeable Dr. and Health workers that showed me how to dress the wound, bandage it up put medication on it and finish with the ace bandage and finally the boot. Stupid me I had the boot on for the last 20 some days without taking it off or cleaning the wound not a safe procedure. I feel much better now that someone paid some attention to me,
