The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care

I've used this urgent care multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I'm usually seen quickly and the providers have all been great. Sometimes there's a wait once you get into a room, but that's urgent care for you.

This was the second time I went in to Silverdale urgent care with my elderly mom (91) who was on home health care via zoom meetings but needed an antibiotic for a UTI therefore must be seen and was told by DRs clinic to take her to urgent careThe first time a year ago for same issue, I was told by urgent care to take her to ER because she had messed herself during the wait and they "don't have time" to clean her upThis time I decided to request a urine sample be gathered relatively quicklyThe front desk staff seemed annoyed that I asked but followed through and got her back there, I wish I had requested a wheel chair because she is weak and frail and I was not thinking...read full review

Just like to thank the entire staff, very efficient and professional. Dr. Droz is so awesome, very helpful and so kind. I was in and out in 30 min and it was quite busy. Thanks again keep up the great work.
