“With the passing of my father, and a grief-stricken mother, my siblings and I had no clue what to do! We knew of Rill chapel from driving by it our whole lives in port orchard. When we had our first meeting with River who was so kind and patient, he explained options and repeated himself multiple times with pure empathy since we had the memory of a fish and couldn't remember things right after they were said.
River was so attentive answering my questions and easing my panic every day I called (and I called multiple times a day).
The day of the viewing River accommodated every wish we had for our father; he looked amazing all the way down to a cigarette in his hand.
My father would have been so happy and proud of his ceremony and service as were we. Thank you, Rill, and especially River for helping us rest my father's soul. Forever thankful!!”
