Tried to establish care for my son new to the area. Couldn't get in for 8 weeks, pulled my son out of school early that day and showed up to his appointment 25 minutes early and was told that he was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. Completed the new patient paperwork so they could have it on file in 10 minutes, and they rescheduled us out another 6 weeks even though his paperwork was done 15 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. The receptionist told me she put a note on his next appointment that his paperwork was complete and he could arrive 15 minutes early. Brenda (from ultrasound) was the best. She was friendly and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and noticed some hesitancy on my part around one of the tests, and she educated me on my options and did her best to make the least invasive one a reality. She really saw the person and not just the patient. Thanks again!

Waited over two hours to see the PA. The front nurse offered to reschedule, but the next opening was about a month out. I'm lucky to have had the work flexibility to wait but the average person who is constrained by school, children, or work do not. Fix your scheduling system.
