I have been coming here for 15 years. First was for my two Yorkies and now for my soft coasted Wheaten Terrier. The staff is friendly and helpful. The veternarien is good and thorough.
After years as a patron I feel sad to leave this clinic. Although it is extremely convenient they have changed their business model from one of customer service to one of "you cater to us". When you are there it's fine. BUT! Getting ahold of someone to get in is frustrating and arduous. "We are not available call back 6 times maybe we will pick up your call...maybe not! The later applies to this place. Good luck.
We brought our 19 yr.old cat in for a dental extraction after waiting nine month.the cat was in severe pain they did the extraction and cleaning.The cleaning was added on for an extra 325.00 we did not approve the cleaning.They tacked it on as dental and of course we thought they where referring to the extraction that needed to be done for 9 mns. I talked to receptionest that had me talk to the extremely rude gas lighting financial worker.I love Dr.Eric but his staff had turned into car salesman.The Quality of this vet has been down graded by extremely rude personnel.
