Since spring of this year I’ve been going to ultra for my eyebrows-my appts with Chloe have been exceptional-she’s very informative and knows the Benefit line for eyebrow care and other Ulta products - I’ve been there for eyebrow waxing , threading (my favorite) and soon will try lamination 🤩
I'm giving Caitlyn 5 stars because she was absolutely sensational and welcoming and a literal ray of sunshine but subtracted a star because I'm concerned about the behavior of another employee. I'm already at my wits end trying to finalize my wedding plans and to have to be near another woman who is shading me and my day is really unprofessional and sad. If Spencer hates other women trying to be joyful she should find another line of work.
My experience today was so wonderful, I felt the need to share.
I was unable to make a decision on which face product to buy. I asked Chloe, one of the fabulous team members there.
She was patient, kind, thought outside of the box, brought a little fresh perspective to my facial goals & then she had time on her schedule to do face waxing. AMAZING!! No pain, explained everything she was doing, & even went the extra mile with eye patches & a little pore mask on the nose!!
I feel REFRESHED!!
