I didn't know what to do with my kindle and Jason checked it out even though they don't usually work on Kindles.....he was very cordial and had a great attitude and helped with the problem!! EXCELLENT service!! btw.....they still don't work on Kindles.

Stopped by last minute in a bit of a pinch because a piece of a charger had broken off in my phone, and I was panicking because none of my wireless chargers were keeping my phone charged. Vlad took my phone to the back and had the piece out in less than four minutes. Excellent customer service, 10/10 will come here for future tech issues.

Vlad helped me today. A very nice person who was very helpful. My phone broke and wasn't working so had to transfer to a different phone. It was quick. I am very grateful for Vlad's help. I definitely recommend them. I drive over 30 min to use this specific store.
