I was a walk in and they got my information and set me up in the waiting room. The whole experience was really refreshing. They are informative, helpful and really take people into consideration. I was able to be seen with no insurance, didn’t take much more than an hour as a walk in when they opened. They helped me get meds to clear up an infection. I can’t say enough good things about this place, thanks again for the help.

Had a great experience here recently - my partner woke up one day with horrible pain but no health insurance. We frantically searched for free/affordable same-day medical care and found this clinic. Left a voicemail Monday morning; got a callback around 2pm that day; got an appt for 6pm that same evening. Easy check-in, almost zero wait time, on-point diagnosis, and they sent him home with 3 meds (one of which he picked up at a local pharmacy for $20, the other two were free from the clinic). All told he paid $20 for excellent health care while his pain steadily improved within a few days. We didn't even need the follow-up appt. Had such a great experience here that we're both now wanting to volunteer to help pay it forward. Thank you Olympia Free Clinic for all that you do!

You get what you pay for, nothing. The first visit with their volunteer doctor was great. I was given good advise and learned new things. The second visit with their volunteer physical therapist was awful. His advice caused more issues and pain. Then, while my legs grew worse from my sciatic issue that has me worried I am going to lose my legs ... they took two weeks to get the paperwork to me. You pay nothing for nothing good for sure.

Got to my appointment on time just to wait TWO HOURS to be seen. I don't care if this is free - if you can't keep a schedule, don't call me in!I appreciate what they do. Truly. They are donating their free time. I just wish they would be more considerate with mine.

Nice people. Willing to work with you as things change. But these are volunteers, so don’t have high expectations. Things you should know: your first visit will probably be to set a later appt to be seen at the same location. Many of your needs will be referred out to the various medical institutes in the immediate vicinity. If it is already past regular work hours, expect to go the next day. Upon arrival to those outside clinics, be prepared for a variety of options for being uninsured, but it should go well.Important: At the free clinic check all of your providers’ referral paperwork for any mistakes or incongruities you could assess on your own.

Walk-in clinic actually needs an appt, takes a week to get in, clinic hours are 5-7:30, not 4:30-7:30, masks are still required. Excellent care, lovely staff. 10-11-22

Im glad it exists I'm glad it helps even if it didn't help me honestly this is a program that is worth it even if only one person benefited I am thankful for the people that volunteer and the people that donate I love when the community comes together for the support of the most valnerable everyone seemed really nice and the people seemed very much invested in greeting and listening to the people who came in they even had a translator the facility seemed clean and welcoming concidering the location and the building it's held in it appears to be set up in a professional and humane manor and I was actually impressed with the thought and labor that whent behind setting it up to run so smooth I liked that they went through the process of asking for promison to talk about covid questions and were upfront about what to expect from the services and if you were likely to be seen they offered appointments to people that wouldn't likely be seen that day and were flexible with me wanting to wait outside they listen to me explain my concerns and didn't rush me unfortunately my only concern is that the doctor didn't really believe what I had to say about my own body and made my medical concerns seem like it's jest my mental health and I believe that is a problem that is unfortunately in all health care settings especially when it comes to low income or less regarded members of society and it honestly is disheartening to be confronted with over and over again it makes people less likely to seek help even in the most dire circumstances and unfortunately untill that changes it doesn't matter that services are available the most valnerable people will still have no health care please remember that you only see people for a very small time and they most likely know there body's well and if they are seeking your help it is not always easy and the groups of people that need this kind of service are use to being made to feel less than deserving or not worthy in the eyes of others please don't hurt your amazing cause by continuing to portray them as less intelligent or less believable or less worthy or not trustworthy mentality disabled or poor people or less regarded members of society still know there bodies and still know what there needs are I honestly hope you can help as many as you can and never lose your willingness to support those who need it because honestly the world needs more people like you but I hope you can succeed in no one ever leaving feeling not understood or miss trusted or un believed in like me thank you so much for trying your best and please don't ever stop improving
