We broke down around 11 at exit 111 and waited for over three hours for AAA with our three kids at a gas station. We called summit finally to see if they could beat another hour quote from AAA and Carol was amazing and got us a truck in about twenty minutes! My oldest said we should send her a gift basket we were so happy with how fast and efficient she was! Tim was our tow driver and friendly and fast and kind. Wonderful experience all around. I needed air in my tires at Fred Meyer and didn't know how to work the machine Derek your employee or was there on another call and was kind enough to put air in my tires for me he was very courteous and very friendly I appreciate it very much. Thank you

Shout out to Ryan for getting my car safely off the road, I was partially blocking traffic on Rich Rd, and towed to the place of my choice. He was even considerate enough to ask if a little scuff he saw was already there or if he did it. It was already there, but how cool is that somebody actually mentioned the possibility that they may have done that? This was my first time ever using towing services. I'd totally use them again.
