They are very caring of pets. They take time to discuss your pets issues, answer questions, include you in decisions. They listen to your concerns. My dog dislikes other vets but loves them.

My dog Marlee needed to see a veterinarian for a hematoma in his ear flap. I called several vets in the Shelton area and none of them were taking new patients. I think veterinarians should consider revaluating their policy and procedures when new patients are concerned.
