“Drop off and pick up repair” Logan was very friendly helpful and professional. He took the time to fix my cracked iPhone screen. He made sure there was no glitches after investing other issues. Brought in my iPad 12.9 that wouldn’t charge. Logan (owner) tried replacing the charge port twice but the problem was an internal chip that was failing. It would be too costly to repair as opposed to replacing the tablet. I was extremely impressed however by the time and effort he put into the tablet to diagnose and attempt to repair. Communication was excellent. He even called after the fact to see if he could help doing a backup and transfer of the data to a new iPad. He provided a lot of additional effort and time at no extra cost, and even offered a partial refund for his services. Five stars. I highly recommend Rapid Repair and will be using them again when needed.... read full review

Logan was awesome and super professional! He fixed my Google Pixel 7 pro. My screen cracked and a black spot spread. It was a quick easy fix. I'll be coming here for my other electronics.
