My urgent care in my area suggested I visit ROC for an injury to my ankle that required x rays. I drove the 25 miles and arrived as they opened. The young lady at check in was so kind and helpful. The care I received from the rest of the care team was wonderful.Thank you again so much

I have had a poor experience with a specific PA twice now. The doctors in the main clinic are wonderful but I always wish I had just gone to the ER by the time I am through with getting “care”. Most of the assistants and nurses are absolutely amazing, kind, and compassionate. But there is one there that just wants to see as many patients as possible and literally rushed me out even though I can’t walk.Edit: resolved via phone call, thank you Rachel and Melissa for outstanding care

This was my first time at this medical facility and I was thoroughly impressed with every person I came in contact with. The receptionist that greeted me was friendly and patiently answered my many questions. I then had my vital signs checked and went with another person to complete X-rays. I could easily see that patient focus is the priority. I’m glad that my spouse, a retired labor and delivery nurse, referred me to this facility. Thank you.
