Val is a master coach with attention to details about individual body issues and individual styles. You can't do better than Pilates training from Val who insists on using your deepest tummy muscles "the core." Research has shown Pilates does far more than regular strength training. I first came to Puget Sound Pilates in October, 2013 for relief of back pain. I got very quick relief from my pain, but started to realize the benefits of pilates in my overall health and fitness. I was much stronger and had more stamina than ever before.
