I contacted Joe to ask about cleaning and resealing my patios. He answered all of my questions, and had me scheduled for the job very quickly. His lead person Brian was very pleasant to work with, and the patios look fabulous! Thank you so much!
I called for a service that unfortunately they did not offer, but the representative I talked to was exceptional and professional. Walked me through what I could do and check myself without needing to pay a contractor. He went over possible causes of the problem, then advised another great company. Advised me on what to ask about and check in for who ever I went with. If I need concrete work in the future, will use this company. Top level professionalism and customer service.
Significantly expanded our existing back patio.Joe and his team were very responsive, efficient and flexible to our specific situation. Joe will give you a realistic picture of what can be accomplished with the space in question. When it comes to the quality of the work, you can tell they know what they are doing and take care in the critical details in terms of topography and leveling, slope and drainage.
