2nd adjustment with Dr. Amy today, and I’m already feeling differences! Motivated to implement the small changes at my desk she is educating me on to help promote “holding” my alignment, and am so glad to have found this team! Truly a family community of health!

After just a week of care, I felt amazing. Neck and lower back issues were souch better! Also a deep sense of peace and balance. Now that I am 7 weeks in, I am so grateful to have the supportive care to feel my very best!

Super detailed, not just an aggressive cracking like previous experiences. It is a thoroughly perfected, gentle, guided experience that I didnt know I really needed. I feel the healing happening-which is a lot to say for someone with some many issues stemming all the way from birth. It's not a bandaid, but a whole health approach. I'm always answered with informed responses to my questions, and everyone is so nice and invested in my experience.
