Dr Natalie saw my cat Finnegan since he was a kitten up last year (2025) when I moved out of state. She was wonderful; she got down on the floor to greet him at his level. For the length of time I spent taking Finnegan there he never minded the environment-he was always very well taken care of; the love and tenderness shown by Dr Nalalie & the staff was great! I would recommend you bring your furry friend to her for any needs you could have.
Dr. Kelly and team truly care for the pets and customers. They go above and beyond to answer our questions and help us find a solution. Our very loved 16 year old kitty developed ckd and Kelly and the team have been incredibly supportive ❤
We took our tabby, Meow Meow, to Oly Cats for the last 9 years and always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Jaemi and the entire staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cared about both pets and their owners.
Recently, when Meow Meow’s health declined, we were worried we would have to rush him to the ER for end of life care earlier than we’ve anticipated. Oly Cats quickly called us back and Dr. Jaemi was able to adjust her schedule so he could peacefully be put to sleep there instead, which meant so much to our family during an incredibly difficult time.
