I went to urgent care very sick. The receptionist got me a warm blanket and hot tea which was very appreciated. I felt heard and that my concerns were taken seriously by the provider and nurse. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe that night by making sure I went home with my first dose of medication when CVS had already closed for the night. I would go back again and I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the west Olympia area.
Sliced my hand open and they had me stitched up about an hour after walking in the door. Approximately 8x faster than my last ER visit for similar care. Care team was great, very relaxed which is a good thing when you're on the edge of vomiting because you saw the bones inside your hand. Also gave me local anaesthetic while they were stitching me up, which I didn't get the last time I went to the ER for stitches.
I was seen quickly and the staff were all polite and helpful. I originally went to tumwater first thing at opening and was told it could be close to noon before seen. They took my information and said they would text when it got close. 20 minutes later I got a call from the Westside locating offering to be seen immediately. This was refreshing. I really appreciated this.
