I was in Olympia on business and decided to stay in my trailer. I had been driving for hours when I arrived in the dark on unlit property. I didn't have a spotter and I cut a corner too close around an outbuilding and bam, I broke a window. Well, I was living in the trailer for the next month, so couldn't take it to a shop. I called Misha's not really knowing what to expect. Someone (I can't remember his name) came out within just a couple of days! Then he warned me it might take a week or longer to get the glass back from that company, yet within a few days he had it installed and did an incredible job with clean up. Did it cost more than a shop? Probably. But the convenience, speediness, professionalism, and friendliness made it worth a few more bucks. I would use them for my RV needs in Olympia over a shop.
