Your team on the front counter were awesome, they are very knowledgeable of rv issues and if not they research it with the tech to be able to explain it to you. They are great! I won’t take my Travel Trailer anywhere else in the Olympia area. I see them twice a year (hopefully ;) and they always greet me by name, know my trailer and all the work we have previously done, and give real life advice on what service I need and what I can skip for next time. I really appreciate their honesty and quality work they do for me.

After a temultuous two year relationship with the dealer that I originally purchased my RV with I decided I was never going back... I needed to have my rig winterized. I decided to give Ernie's a shot based on the sheer amount of incredible reviews. Anticipating that it would be quite a while before I could get an appointment with them because of their popularity. I was pleasantly surprised when I was seen within days of making the call.
