I’ve had very mixed experiences with this urgent care while bringing in both of my kids. One visit with my older son was fantastic. He was seen by Alexis, who was incredibly thorough, patient, and made the entire experience as fun as a doctor visit can possibly be, even giving him a popsicle and play-doh.
However, during another visit where I brought my baby in for a persistent fever and lump near his groin, I was told by Teri Woo that my baby had an incarcerated hernia and likely needed emergency surgery in Tacoma after only a brief examination and a COVID/flu test. Patty (I believe she's a nurse practitioner) here is PHENOMENAL. Spent nearly an hour with my son after he hit his head to ensure he was okay. I've honestly never had such care in a medical facility.
Great service, not crowded or primitive in waiting or being seen... idk, after being in Southern California for 20 years, I found it pretty cozy and nice.
Strep throat results quickly. They had popsicles. They didn't talk to me like an idiot. I appreciate it.
