Here to counter the karens that gave 1 star reviews. The pharmacy staff is FANTASTIC. Anyone saying otherwise is just lying. Sure, you may have to wait until later in the day or next day to p/u prescription. Life’s rough. Have you been associated with the military before? Sure, the front reception area staff is a little ‘short’ sometimes, but they do the job they’re supposed to do. And the appointment line is there for a reason. Are the doctors seem tired or ‘short’ sometimes too? Well, they see way too many patients there for the staff size. So to the karens… stop complaining. Welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Taken care of in a timely manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficiently operated with safe and clean surroundings. All my medical needs were met.
I give 2 stars.the extra star is for my favorite staffs, I love them, helpful, friendly. If rate them individually, 5/5!And it is really easy to earn 1 star if you have your judgement upon patient, provider showing ultimate power of decisions and appointment time. Is DoD facility, and it is sad providers don' thave to treading water carefully.But there are awesome doctors there, kudos to them!
