I needed antibiotics - showed up pretty late - they had me in and out. Everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Extra kudos to Dr. Frederick Chancellor. He was very thorough, and I could definitely sense he deeply cares for his patients and his career. Also, the German gal that works up front (sorry, didn't catch a name) was phenomenal. Had an absolutely incredible experience here. Dr. C really listened to me, was curious about my medical history, and explained his choices. I was also seen extremely quickly, but I know that can just depend on the day.
Came in for some work. Receptionist told me the dentist would be out for an hour. Didn't tell me the medical staff would be too. After two hours, I had to leave. So I didn't get the help I needed. Never had a problem with this place before.
