Rob is a miracle worker! I spilled an entire latte on my macbook, I thought it was definitely a goner. Rob took great care in fixing it and addressing issues as they came up. He replaced the sticky butterfly keyboard on my MacBook quickly but it seems the supplier didn't specify version of the firmware or something, so it didn't work and he had to replace it again. There was none of the usual tension with freelancers having to take on more work to fulfill an existing contract, he just kept the laptop (I was in no rush) till the new one came in and did the 2nd swap without issue. Paired with fair pricing, I'm glad to have found a tech repair specialist i can count on long term.
