This location has consistently provided most routine visits. The medical staff are well informed and courteous. The removal of the pharmacy did not impact my utilization of the location as requesting scripts by mail, in-person, and after hours locker are all available and prompt.
I was very pleased with my recent visit at the West Olympia. Dr Ankeny was very personable, an excellent listener. He made a good medical decision after our discussion. I am also impressed by his commitment to keeping great quality service at Kaiser Permanente. Sharon Abegg, MD.
If your ever so lucky to see Dr Keep in the west side ( if you can get in) he in my opinion is the best General Practice Dr there is.
Kaiser is a great insurance provider.
