At first my interaction with the maintenance man Howard was not the greatest. But afterwards he came to me like a good citizen he is to apologize for his approach and I immediately apologize myself because I could've came off better. But he owned up to his actions and that is amazing. Which makes me own up to mine. After apologizing he let me know what a powerful woman I will become due to my attitude and willingness to forgive. He is such a great guy Howard is his name and God bless him
