MIKE from Insight Pest Control (Olympia) has been really helpful to protect my new home from rodents. He did a crawlspace inspection, laid out bait boxes on the property, and said "If you SEE something, SAY something". When my contractor found an old nest in the home and I found an old nest in the garage I called and Mike was there the next day to address the issues and also spray for spiders (I hate them!!!) so when I move in that is not an issue. I really appreciate this business being so available, they answer the phone and address customers' needs quickly. Thank you Mike, you are awesome! :) Kat
We've used Insight Pest Solutions for a couple of years, now. They are affordable, professional and do a great job. Today, Allen came out and helped us with a pest problem. Thank you for hiring professional and courteous people on your staff! We only have good things to say about your service!!! We live in a rural area, so we have rodent boxes put out around our home and under it - which are safe for our dogs. We also have cobwebs removed. Allen did a great job today!
Very professional, friendly and informative! He put on booties at the porch. He listened to us and then got to work.
Sokchea is our regular guy that comes quarterly. We had ants in the kitchen so we called and he came out right away. Very good job we really like him!
The price we pay is quarterly. No extra charge for the ants. Happy with Insight and will refer to friends and family.
