Gastro Health provides a free service called Chronic Care Management (CCM) for patients who qualify. I get access to a CCM expert via text/talk whenever I need advice. We also have a monthly check-in call to review progress and report new information. Rosie, my CCM is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly providing phenomenal support and service!

The incompetence entering insurance information is ridiculous. Very difficult setting an appointment. Days before appointment threatens to cancel because they don't know how to enter the insurance from the Federal Government
