The eye doctor I saw was nice enough (in November 2025) but she was concerned with some spots on my retina that needed a specialist to look at; I wish they would've called in the referral... every time I call the specialist, they keep telling me the eye doctor office hasn't referred me. When I call to alert Eye MDs of PS (Olympia office) to tell them the specialist hasn't received the referral, the woman answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be switching eye doctors after this experience... it shouldn't be this hard. If it wasn't for an outstanding medical bill impacting my credit, they wouldn't get a dime from me...

Saw Dr Castillo for a second opinion for cataracts. After a few years they progressed to the point I needed surgery. I recently had both cataracts removed and prescription replacement lenses implanted. I have been so impressed with him, and his high level of personalized care throughout this whole experience. He delivered on everything he said and I couldn't be happier with my new eyes. I highly recommend him for all of your eye care needs.

Went to Dr. Castillo for his opinion on glaucoma and to evaluate my situation. He was thorough in his examination and clear proposed treatment and I've happily stayed with him. Excellent, professional, and highly experienced. And I love his staff!!
