We had a rooftop deck needing replaced. It is flat and needs to be water proof which complicated things. I knew I needed to find someone I trusted. I got 5 separate bids to evaluate both price as well as gauge who seemed to have their act together and what products they offered.
Brandon came to evaluate the space and give us an estimate. He was on time and very thorough. I could tell immediately that he had a level of experience and passion for his craft that the other bidders didn't possess. We needed some specialty roofing work for an historic theater and did not have any available options in our local area. Although located out of town, ESR promptly came for a site visit and provided a reasonable bid so that we could keep our project on track. They communicated with us well during the planning for the project, did an excellent job on the specialty roofing work, and were a pleasure to work with.
